We are a growing network of churches and organisations
working together to serve the transformation of lives and communities
across the East of England and beyond.

About Us

We are here to help you as a church, community leader or niche ministry think outside of the box in terms of who you are and what is possible.

We serve to ignite, rekindle and strengthen both current and new churches and initiatives across our region with a particular passion for working into small towns, rural communities and new developments.

With a focus on the East of England we believe in:

  • the place of local church
  • the power of serving local community
  • the potential in every leader

As a faith based movement, we are committed to making disciples of Jesus Christ, working collaboratively in partnerships outside of ourselves and serving the good of our communities.

With over 30 years of local experience, the Ignite Network is led by Tim Anderson and continues to be part of the Plumbline Ministries International family relating with Simon Matthews.

Our values and distinctive

Possibility Making

We are positive about making things happen through believing in people and spotting potential, no matter how seemingly small or insignificant it might be. We are here to both help ignite and rekindle.  We see challenges as opportunities for creativity and solution.

Relationally based

Trusted relationship and openness form the heart of who we are and the basis of how we operate. We honour the wider Church and look to work collaboratively.

We value the contribution of both men and woman at every level.

Faith motivated

We seek to be biblically grounded and Holy Spirit empowered in everything we are. We stand with the orthodoxy of Christian belief and are current in expression.

Mission minded

We are outward focused and are committed to enabling people to serve in every sphere of life. We believe the good news of Jesus changes lives and see ourselves as co-workers with God in His mission of reconciliation and making all things new, under Christ.
